Tapestry will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged.Once Tapestry confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded within 5 business working days. Return Address will be provided by email us at service@Tapestry.com.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

If the Product arrived damaged, Tapestry will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once Tapestry confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product receipt date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. For the free shipping products,customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.
